* Your order will be delivered free of charge by MNG CARGO company.

* Your order shall be under responsibility and security of www.servetjewellery.com until it is delivered to you by the courier company.

* The product you purchase is customized for you as per your preferences of order.

* The jewels are securely delivered in their special Servet Jewellery box, along with invoice and bill of lading and with the gift note to the address you will specify.

* If you wish so, you can give different addresses for delivery and for invoice and have the invoice to be delivered to you while the gift is delivered to your beloved ones.

* As to how many days your product shall be delivered to the courier company is stated in the detail page of the product you purchase. (it is 1-2 working days for products from the stock and 5-6 days for the products needed to be manufactured)

* The prepared orders are delivered to the courier company for the days other than Saturday, Sunday, public days or holidays.

* The courier company delivers on the days other than Sunday, public days or holidays.

* You are notified through e-mail when your order is delivered to the courier company.

* In case the order owner is not present at the delivery address, the courier company shall leave visiting notification note. In case the order owner to whom the visiting notification note is left does not contact with the courier company within 3 days, the courier company returns the package to www.servetjewellery.com.

* Check the ordered products by matching it with the delivery note, during the delivery. In case you consider the products as missing or damaged products, have the courier personnel make a report and don’t receive the package. Notify www.servetjewellery.com order personnel through communication form. Necessary examination will be made and your order shall be delivered to you as soon as possible. When you deliver the product, you are deemed that the courier company fulfilled its duty in full.
